From La Masia in Spain to Juventus HQ in Italy, JPL ALL-STARS is a passport to elite experiences and truly global football adventures. It’s high-level coaching. It’s showcase matches. It’s a unique journey that creates memories to last a lifetime. And the best part? It runs alongside the players’ regular JPL club season.
With regional squads from U9 to U18, the programme is designed to push, inspire, and elevate. Today, 1 in 7 players go on to sign for professional academies.
This is the All-Stars programme in England.
In Australia, the JPL All-Stars will take on their own unique identity.
The very best players from across JPL Australia will be selected to represent our league at an international level – forming a special JPL Australia squad that showcases the talent and spirit of players from every corner of the country.
These squads may have the chance to take part in international JPL Global events, connecting with players and teams from other JPL nations. There could also be opportunities for overseas tours, giving players exposure to different football cultures and environments.
While the All-Stars in England have built strong links with some of Europe’s most iconic academies, the Australian pathway will create its own journey – one designed to reflect the context and possibilities of our game here. What remains the same is the ambition: to give young players unforgettable experiences, inspire their development, and open doors to new opportunities beyond their regular JPL club season.”
Our All-Stars selection process is being shaped with the Australian football landscape in mind. While final details may evolve, the initial plan will follow this structure:
Teams that qualify for the JPL National Finals will compete in a high-level environment where players can showcase their abilities.
A dedicated scouting process will be in place during the National Finals to identify players with outstanding potential.
Players interested in joining the JPL Australia ALL-STARS team will be invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) when the time comes.
Players whose teams do not reach the National Finals will still have a chance to be considered. They can also submit an EOI, and their performance in the regular season will be reviewed as part of the selection process.
