Introducing The JPL All-Stars

The JPL Rep Team has a new name – and a bold new identity: introducing the JPL ALL-STARS. This is where the very best players from the Junior Premier League and JPL Warriors earn the chance to train with giants like Real Madrid, Barcelona, and Juventus. Where they test themselves and show what they can do in matches against the academies of Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal, Tottenham, and more and where the ceiling on what is possible is torn down.

From La Masia in Spain to Juventus HQ in Italy, JPL ALL-STARS is a passport to elite experiences with truly global football adventures. It’s high-level coaching. It’s showcase matches. It’s unique experience and it’s memories that will last forever. And the best part? It works alongside your JPL club season.

With regional squads from U9 to U18, this programme is designed to push, inspire, and elevate. 1 in 7 players go on to sign for professional academies.

JPL All-Stars: Where is my nearest team?

It’s a national programme, with squads operating in:

  • Yorkshire/North

  • Midlands

  • London/South East

  • South West/South Coast

 

We run ALL-STARS teams from U9-U15 (boys) and U12-U18 (girls).

Players continue to represent their JPL club as usual, with ALL-STARS games and training scheduled around the season.

How it works?

Selection follows a clear 3-step process:

  1. Talent ID – end-of-season scouting and performance tracking

  2. Trials – summer sessions giving players a platform to shine

  3. Selection – the best are invited to join their JPL ALL-STARS team

 

This is where talent meets opportunity. 1 in 7 JPL ALL-STARS players go on to sign for professional academies.
