When we say elite, we mean it. The English division features high-profile girls’ teams affiliated with historic, world-renowned professional clubs, alongside the finest independent female academies in the UK. Teams competing in the WARRIORS banner include:

Player Championing
The JPL is a player championing league with the highest coaching standards in England. We have always emphasised development over results and are the only English youth league to have a long-standing requirement of 50% minimum playing time for all players. JPL has a national first in class reputation for player advancement in youth football and matches are played over 4 periods to maximise the coaching time granted by professional academies allowing for enhanced strategic player development.
